What services does Any Event Productions provide?
We are a full-service audiovisual and event production company. Our services include sound systems and audio engineering, LED video walls and projection, stage lighting and special effects, DJ and MC services, photo booths (Mirror, Salsa, and 360), livestream and hybrid event production, staging, dance floors, and complete event coordination.
How long has Any Event Productions been in business?
We have been producing events since 2003 — over 20 years. We have produced more than 7,000 events across 350+ venues in Texas and nationwide.
Where is Any Event Productions located?
Our headquarters is at 3515 Sycamore School Rd, Suite 125, Fort Worth, TX 76133. We have production teams across Texas serving Fort Worth, Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, College Station, Waco, Tyler, and surrounding areas. We also travel nationwide for destination events.
Do you travel outside of Texas for events?
Yes. We regularly produce events nationwide — conferences, executive retreats, galas, and large-scale productions in cities like Las Vegas, Orlando, Nashville, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, and beyond.
How do I get a quote for my event?
Contact us through our website quote form, call us at (682) 558-5401, or email info@anyevent.productions. Tell us about your event — date, venue, guest count, and what services you need — and we will put together a customized production plan and quote.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak season (October through December) and popular weekend dates. For large-scale corporate events or weddings, 3-6 months advance booking is ideal. However, we can often accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your event date. The deposit amount and payment schedule are outlined in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks.
Can I customize my package?
Absolutely. Every event is different, and we build custom production packages tailored to your specific needs, venue, and budget. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all pricing.
Do you provide on-site technicians?
Yes. Every event includes trained AV technicians who handle setup, operation, and teardown. Our team manages all technical aspects so you can focus on your event and your guests.
What brands of equipment do you use?
We use professional-grade equipment from leading manufacturers including Sony, Epson, Crestron, Shure, Sennheiser, QSC, and others. All equipment is regularly maintained and tested before every event.
Can you work with our venue's existing AV system?
Yes. We have production experience at 350+ venues across Texas and are familiar with most house AV systems. We can supplement existing systems or bring a complete production package — whatever your event requires.
Do you provide backup equipment?
Yes. We carry backup equipment for critical systems including wireless microphones, laptops, and signal processing. Our technicians are trained in rapid troubleshooting and have protocols to recover from any technical issue without disrupting your event.
What types of photo booths do you offer?
We offer three booth types: the 360 Video Booth (slow-motion video capture from every angle), the Mirror Glam Booth (full-length interactive mirror with animations and instant printing), and the Salsa Booth (high-energy photo experience with dynamic lighting and instant social sharing).
What is included with a photo booth rental?
Every booth rental includes a dedicated attendant, custom branded overlays, real-time digital sharing (text, email, social media), on-site printing with custom layouts, and a digital gallery of all photos and videos from your event.
Do you have experience with large corporate events?
Yes. We have produced events for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, universities, and nonprofits. Our corporate production experience includes conferences, product launches, awards galas, trade shows, shareholder meetings, and executive retreats.
Can you provide livestream or hybrid event production?
Yes. We offer full multi-camera livestream production with broadcast switching, graphics insertion, lower-third overlays, and reliable encoding to platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube, and custom streaming destinations. Both in-room and remote audiences receive a polished, professional experience.
Do you offer wedding packages?
Yes. We provide complete ceremony-to-reception production packages including DJ and MC services, ceremony sound, cocktail hour music, reception lighting (uplighting, pin spots, dance floor lighting), photo booths, and full AV coordination. Every package is customized to your venue and vision.
Can your DJ handle special requests and cultural traditions?
Absolutely. Our DJs are experienced with a wide range of cultural traditions, music genres, and special requests. We work with you before the event to understand your must-play list, do-not-play list, and any specific cultural or ceremonial requirements.
