1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website at anyevent.productions (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.
2. Services
Any Event Productions, LLC ("AEP," "we," "us," or "our") provides audiovisual production, event production, DJ services, lighting, photo booth rentals, and related event services. All services are subject to a separate Service Agreement executed between AEP and the client prior to the event. The terms of any executed Service Agreement supersede these general Terms of Service where they conflict.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided through the Site, by phone, or by email are estimates and are subject to change based on final event details, venue requirements, and equipment availability. A quote does not constitute a binding agreement. Services are confirmed only upon execution of a Service Agreement and receipt of the required deposit.
4. Booking and Cancellation
Event dates are reserved upon receipt of a signed Service Agreement and deposit. Cancellation policies, deposit refund terms, and rescheduling provisions are outlined in each client's individual Service Agreement. Please refer to your Service Agreement for specific cancellation terms applicable to your event.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Any Event Productions, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
6. Photos and Media
AEP may photograph or video record events for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client provides written notice prohibiting such use prior to the event. Clients who wish to restrict the use of event photos or video should include this restriction in their Service Agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of this Site or the services provided. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific event in question.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Any Event Productions, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site or any violation of these Terms of Service.
9. Force Majeure
AEP shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government orders, venue closures, power outages, or equipment failures caused by third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
